Welcome to Lucky 7 Beach Resort,LAIYA BATANGAS !

Lucky 7 Beach Resort,LAIYA BATANGAS aims to provide the highest quality and most enjoyable experience to all of our Guests. We have adopted the following Policies and Codes of Conduct to ensure all Guests are treated fairly, equally, and to protect every individual that we welcome.

Rate Periods:

 

Peak Season : March – June (full rates)

Off-peak : July – February (discounted rates)

 

All pricing categories, room-types, season rate dates, pricing, and packages are subject to change without notice.

 

Cancellation:

 

We will give you 3 days grace period for you to deposit to our bdo account.No deposit after 3 days means no reservation.

Strictly no refund.

Guest code of conduct:

 

  • All Guests must be respectful of their neighbors by keeping music and other activities at a reasonable level.

  • Videoke time limit is 2pm-10pm/7am-1pm.

  • Music or activities that contain vulgar or abusive language will not be tolerated.

  • Highly intoxicated Guests of any kind will not be tolerated at any location of the Resort property.

  • Large parties are strictly prohibited.

  • Trash receptacles are located throughout the campground and are emptied daily for your convenience. Please remember to dump your garbage and refuse bags in this area only. Please do not leave trash on site.

  • Remember to secure your loose items such as valuables, food, and beverages. Lucky 7 Beach Resort will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Bonfires are prohibited (MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE).

Visitor and additional guest policy:

 

Room accupancy limit is strictly enforced.If you have reached the maximum capacity of the room where you were checked-in and exceeds,we suggest you to rent another room.

Safety swimming rules and tips:

 

Swimming is a great recreational sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. But it’s important to know how to be safe while you’re in the water.Important swimming safety tips you should be aware of before you head out to the beach.

 

  • Swim in designated areas supervised by lifeguards.The beach has appropriate barriers. We suggest not to go beyond this barriers unless you are a proffessional swimmer to avoid drownings.

  • Always swim with a buddy; do not allow anyone to swim alone.

  • Never leave a young child unattended near water and do not trust a child’s life to another child; teach children to always ask permission to go near water.

  • Have young children or inexperienced swimmers,life jackets around water, but do not rely on life jackets alone.

  • Maintain constant supervision.

  • Avoid distractions when supervising children around water.

  • Don't swim when highly intoxificated/drunk.

  • Protect your skin. Limit the amount of direct sunlight you receive between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and wear sunscreen with a protection factor of at least 15.

  • Drink plenty of water regularly, even if you’re not thirsty. Avoid drinks with alcohol or caffeine in them.
